This is one of the three JohNick's "J-50x" vinyls (the other two were released with J-506 and J507 as catalog numbers). 

Side 1 is a remix done by a friend of JohNick, of First Choice's "The Player". It's a bit similar to Play The World, a JohNick song released on Henry Street Music in 1995, which samples the same classic.
Side 2 is a house remix of Chic's "I Want Your Love".
